-Palak Chaat…Baby Spinach, yogurt, pomegranate dressing

-Mulligatawny Soup…Lentil, Black pepper, ginger, cumin

-Kaleji Taka Tak…Chicken Liver, ginger, green chili, lime juice

Second Course…(choice of one)

-Tandoori Shrimp…Fenugreek-cream cheese mousseline, basil seed-coconut yogurt

-Green Chicken Tikka…Mustard greens, mustard seed, mustard oil, green chili, Greek yogurt

-Naga Beef Sumi…Petite Wagyu beef filet, peanut-cucumber relish, soy reduction

-Gobhi Manchurian…Chickpea and rice flour-breaded cauliflower, red chili-garlic sauce

-Aloo Tikki…Potato, yellow pea, tamarind – mint chutney
